    How do I take less damage from special attacks

    Does "Res" help with specials? I'm not sure if those are considered "Magic attacks" because I'll take 0 damage from enemies hitting me but the second they do a special attack on me I get "raped"

    I believe some not all of the special attacks count as magic. Off the top of my head I think one Mao's specials deals Ice damage. Most special attacks especially ones from non-magic classes and monsters are just damage.
