frankly im against paying for what should have been a free game ( and was prior to this ) distributed among fighting game community members to whom the joke is actually funny.

yeah you are right the game was was freely distributed between people inside the community...except it wast. It was brought to tournaments by Kiets, as a prototype game, to be demoed by pros in the hopes it could be kickstarted into a release.

Its sad people are taking this game as a big joke, it really isnt. Its a for real, serious fighting game. In fact, it is the One True Fighting Game.

It started as a passion project and the community loved it so much they found a way to turn it into a full-fledged quality release. And this upsets you?

@starvinggamer: no it doesnt upset me , im still not buying it , just like i dont buy pay per view barfights or exhibition matches with 2 black gentlemen footdiving eachother first to 10. they release that stuff on youtube for free eventually anyways.
