Oh hey, look what I found. Thanks to your efforts to spread this around, you've given a troll more attention than he should have gotten and now he gets his own article. Regardless of if you're pro or anti DmC, it makes us all look bad in general that this is getting actual exposure and continues to feed into the negative cycle that surrounds this game and the divide between the "us vs. them" mentality. Think more carefully about making dumbass hyperbolic threads like this in the future, you're hurting this game more than anything.

If this is a joke, then it's kinda a funny take on how overblown and ridiculous the DMC fans have reacted to this game. If it isn't a joke, then this guy is taking this stuff way too seriously. These people realize they can just not buy the game, right?

@Brighty: Yeah in retrospect, this thread probably was "feeding the troll", so to speak - so my bad on that part, a whole thread for it probably wasn't the best idea.

But as for me hurting the game more than anything, c'mon Duder, seriously I'm being the hyperbolic one here? The only exposure I gave this was this thread, and one NeoGAF comment which was pretty much completely ignored, and the only reason I saw it in the first place was because a games journalist retweeted it for goodness sake (I won't name them, because otherwise it'll sound like I'm trying to shift blame onto them haha).

What I want to know from all the die-hard DMC fans is do they remember what a SHITTY GAME DMC2 WAS? Is anything about this game really worse than that?

Most die-hard DMC fans don't even acknowledge the existence of DMC2. They just focus on 1, 3 and 4. Of the ones that do acknowledge 2, they tend to say DmC is better than 2, but not as good as everything else.

Not a fan of the new DmC at all or how it was handled from the eye of a long time fan but i can say this is dumb. But if its just a joke then well played good sirs!
