Domingo is a magic creature that you can add to your party in Shining Force: The Legacy of Great Intention.
Despite actually being born during the events of the game, Domingo is quite intelligent, and capable of fluent English speech. Presumably because he has nowhere else to go, after he hatches from his egg he chooses to join the Shining Force and fight alongside Max and his army. However, in the Game Boy Advance remake of Legacy of Great Intention, Shining Force: Resurrection of the Dark Dragon, Domingo is incapable of proper speech and instead can only say his name. This was one of the more disliked changes about the remake, with fans complaining that Domingo had been "reduced to a Pokémon."Domingo games
