Sadly, my time has not come.
I got an invite for the survey, but the javascript in the email that opens the survey is being blocked by hotmail and so I can't even take the survey.

Sadly no. But, I think they were not giving them to random people, so I am not disappointed.
Didn't you do the survey?

Newell is a compulsive liar. I refuse to believe these beta keys actually exist.
Next thing you know, he'll be claiming that DOTA2 will be a pack-in with Episode 3.
I got the invite. Saw it last night literally seconds after clocking out of work.
Best feel bro.
Get home, realize I haven't played DOTA since it was a "fun little maptype for WC3". Get my ass handed to me, and verbally harassed by Europeans.
Feels bad man.
Edit: If anyone was wondering, I answered the survey completely honestly. I said I played zero hours of Dota in the last month, and that I average (lol) 10k gold a round and a 2/7 KD ratio.

I answered the survey honestly too but no key :( What do you want for one of the additional keys you've got? Just asking...
One thing everyone will tell you is that Dota is a game that’s more fun with friends. Because of that, we wanted to make sure everyone we invited could bring a couple of friends – so everyone who receives Dota 2 will be given two extra copies that they can hand out to whomever they’d like. You’ll find your extra copies in the Steam section of your Steam account’s item inventory, and you can use the Steam Trading feature to give them to your friends.

I just got in last night. Played a round today during lunch and actually won. Does anyone know how to lock the camera to your Hero? It's driving me crazy and I can't find the option in the settings menu.
i doubt there's an option for that, maybe a button you can hold to temporarily do it (like if you click and hold on you 3d portrait at the bottom) but yeah... it's not LoL

So I can pay attention to what I am doing with my hero instead of moving the camera around all the time.
@Fragonard: I don't know that it's possible to lock the camera, but double-tapping F1 centers it on you. It might be worth asking on the dev forums if they could implement camera locking.
I just got in.
I have a hand in and a test tommorow
I was also planning on playing more LoL today.
