They've been having chat issues for a while it seems. It was up only briefly for the Microsoft thing before going down again.

It kept going up and down during today's Daily Dota stream. In addition, it seemed to be behaving strangely even when it was up.

chat was back up for yesterday's daily dota. Are you having problems getting to it? If so, what browser and OS?

Sometimes you need to reload the page, it's a bit unstable indeed.
