Douche Defender is a trivia game which purports to teach women how to identify douches. Players can either play the Daily Douche mode or play against friends and random online opponents. The game is always the same: you must face five increasingly difficulty to identify douches and use the hints given in their lines and situations to point them out as pick-up artists. In a Vs. match, who scores the best out of five wins. Wins accumulate XP, which is used to unlock different hair, clothes and shoes.
Micro-transactions open up new environments which have their own pick-up trivia (The Bedroom and Public Places), and also allow players to exceed the default daily limit of random opponents (Play By Yourself Mode). You must link the game to your Facebook account in order to play; as with all Big Head Mode games, faces for your opponents will be culled from your friends list.
