Went to pick up my pre-order DLC from EB Games Canada, and the sales rep gave me the address to Bioware's Redeem site. Only problem is, there's no code to be found for the actual pre-order content. All I got was the Black Emporium stuff and the registration stuff. Anyone else not get their code?

No idea. I haven't gotten my pre-order codes either but I assume they'll send it to me via e-mail. The game won't unlock until midnight anyway.

Amazon sent mine to my email and it's a Bioware code that you have to redeem at their site.

I got mine from Amazon as well. Mine was inside the game box.

You should have also gotten an email with another code for your pre-order rewards - not just the signature edition rewards. "

I just entered it on BioWare's site and it unlocked fadeshear and the lion of orlais -- both of which I already have. They unlocked when I entered one of the other codes last night when I received the game. Maybe I got two of them or something.

there is supposedly not enough codes to go around according to some sites ive been reading

I'm in the US but gamestop rep told me there's no code. He said to just go to gamestop site and then check my account on bioware's site and the items were listed. Items were there in-game too (along with a billion other random items).

Just went back to another EB Games. I think Bioware or whoever emailed them the codes today. They had a list of codes printed out. If that is the case, every part of that supply chain has failed.
 
Anyways, they have the codes now.
