    No details have been announced yet, the game was spotted on ratings boards. But I'd say it's pretty safe to assume it's the game plus DLC.

    That game will take a freakin' age to install. Then there's playing through it all.... could keep you busy till Dragon Age 2, easily, if it's your first time going into the game and you enjoy it.

    @sins_of_mosin:   I don't know if this is true or not, but since it's not a "goty edition" (which usually means all DLC included) it will probably have Dragon Age: Origins, All the DLC, and Dragon Age: Awakening.
