I am a perfectionist and completionist in just about all things video game related. I'm the type of person who will meticulously study the walkthroughs of a quest in order to figure out how to get the maximum gear and goodies. To this end I also like to acquire as much of the DLC as I can possibly get my hands on. To this end about six months ago I ordered one of the Dragon Age shirts from Hot Topic in order to get my hands on the Mark of Vigilance. To my great annoyance my shirt arrived without said code. However, I got a pretty sweet shirt so I wasn't too upset.

The point of this post is to ask if anyone has heard, or thinks, that they will ever put the retailer exclusive DLC items up on Marketplace either for free or a small fee. I would gladly pay a couple of dollars for a pack of the items similar to how they eventually released most of the Mass Effect 2 exclusive items in the various item packs.
