    When I first thumbed through the instruction booklet for Dragon Age: Origins on the PS3 there was a segment entitled "Playing Dragon Age Online". I know that with most games they'll explain to the user how to connect to the internet with the software, but the wording here makes it sound like you can play online with Dragon Age. Is this true?

    As in multiplayer? I don't think so. The only thing you can do online with DA is connecting the game to your Bioware account and that's it.

    No, there is no multiplayer component.  You can play the game while connected to Bioware's Dragon Age servers, which transfers your gameplay data to your Bioware account if you have one.  This allows you to access the stats for your main character and tracks all achievements/trophies earned.
