A MUD for the Ages. 0

A million years ago it was 1995.I was... very young and had recently begun exploring this thing called the internet, like most inexperienced people at the time I was using AOL, which did actually have some interesting features at the time like the AOL Game Room which offered games like chess, checkers and Gemstone... wait wait? wtf is a Gemstone. What I enjoy most about Dragonrealms is the depth of the game and the freedom players have to engage - or disengage - with it. For example, among the libraries and towers of the game are books (written by the staff and players) that detail the rich history of the peoples and the cultures of the world. This game effected me deeply for a lifetime 0

Let's see here rolled up my only character in January 1996, decided I didn't like being human and re-rolled into an Elothean on my birthday February 1996. I went from shy teen girl to obssessive compulsive chatter with thousands of friends in game. :D For a time I knew everyone, and everyone knew me :) I had some interesting encounters with other players that formed my character into the craziest, most dramatic, benevolently helpful, and assuredly ego-tistical at times.
