but you know sub pawns don't level up, just your main one does. So that's a lot more trouble than it's worth.

I bet you'll spend three hours trying to recreate them, you're not going to like the final result, then you'll have a better idea for a team, and you'll be sad for the rest of the game. I fucking love character creators.
So the only thing you get out of someone using your pawn is the pawn gains knowledge and some rift crystals? And of course if they leave anything in the inventory. I thought you got exp or gold or something as a bonus. That would be more helpful. It almost seems like the pawn system is for everyone but you. You something out of using others, but you get nothing out of others using yours because rift crystals are not important. Your can hire NPC pawns for free.
Predictably enough, female pawns totally outnumber males by like 8 to 2. One of the 'top ranked' pawns on the 360, speaking for the euro region, is some mage wearing a robe with her panties exposed.
So I got the Noblewoman's Corset and Silk Lingerie from the Havenspeak fort and put them on my pawn so I turn the game on and checkpoint save for the first time today and.... this happened.......

Holy crap! That's more RC than I've made in my 30 hours of playing!
@P00zombie Warriors dont seem to get hired much from what I'm gathering. Mages seem to be the biggest hired class. I'm on NG+ and thinking of changing Risty to a Warrior so I'll have to see if that gets me more or less hires.
