Released 12/09/1999 only in Japan, the Dreamcast Twinstick is a 4 button, 2 trigger, dual stick controller. The controller was made specifically for use with the dreamcast release of Virtual-On: Oratorio Tangram.

The dimensions of the controller are: 2.25" tall, 11" wide, and 8" deep. There is a slight slant to the top of the controller starting at 1.75", from the player facing side of controller, to the top of the controller. While the top of the controller is plastic the bottom of the controller is metal with 6 black foam circular pads to prevent sliding. There are 18 screw holes on the controller and 16 screws (two screws go through both 2 holes each) holding it together, 6 screw holes on the right stick, 6 on the left stick, and six on the bottom of the controller.

The controller has 1 VMU port at the top of the controller, below this is a 75" wire allowing the console to connect to the dreamcast controller port. Each joystick on the controller has one button on top to be pressed by the player's thumb and one on the front to be pressed by the player's index finger.

The only model number sold of this controller is: HKT-7500
