Did something happen to Drew while in North Korea?

#1 Posted by mmgreenmms (24 posts) -

This week I've been a little concerned that Drew may have been indoctrinated while in North Korea...

Exhibit A:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Hj7wFXdLGs&feature=player_embedded#!&t=3m
At about 3 minutes into this week's installment of "I Love Mondays," Drew becomes upset when Brad claims that LEGO Batman 2 is the first LEGO game with talking characters.

Exhibit B:  https://twitter.com/drewscanlon/status/215102368210104320
In this tweet, Drew is spreading North Korean propaganda disguised as a souvenir from his "vacation" in North Korea.

Exhibit C:  https://twitter.com/drewscanlon/status/215162220345180160
I think this one speaks for itself...

You know, Tues @ noon would be the perfect time to conduct an air raid on San Francisco, since that's when they test our emergency sirens.

-@drewscanlon

It's a weird coincidence that the propaganda poster shows a North Korean pilot getting into a plane and then Drew posts about an air raid. He seemed normal when he got back from DPRK. He must be a sleeper cell that was activated by Brad's mention of talking LEGO...  I'll be keeping my eye on you Drew Scanlon.

Can we just go back to when no one knew indoctrinated was a word and stop using it for everything.

I'm sorry US of A. You've been really great to me in my youth. If Drew Scanlon is going to the DPRK, then I must go as well. With Drew on their side, they will conquer the World. I must take up arms with my fellow Drew. DREWS UNITE!!!!

This is exactly what the Koreans want you to think.

With no Coonce or Matt Rorie there Drew could easily strike. The Whiskey Media Defense Force must reunite to stop Drew from killing everyone at GB!

When was that, stone ages? You realize it's a word probably every reasonably educated teenager or older should know right?

If you put the O 2 spaces to the left, switch the G with an R, the L with an K move the E 2 spaces to the right and add an A at the very end ... LEGO spells KOREA!

I know the track IR was too good to be true. Only experimental North Korean technology could explain it.

#34 Posted by BlackLagoon (1403 posts) -

Little known fact is that Lego Island is the only piece of western pop-culture readily available in North Korea, and has thus been adapted by their secret police as the main source of activation phrases for brainwashed sleeper agents in the belief that the wording will sound natural and inconspicuous when delivered to the sleepers in public environments back in their home countries.
