    In 1112 CE, the Yamm'e (or "Drones")  were incorporated into the Covenant.  These hive-creatures proved useful aboard starships as single-minded maintenance workers.  They are not as technically skilled as the Huragok, but they can be tasked for simple repairs and efficient general maintenance.
