Dry Bowser is a skeletal version of the popular Bowser character from Nintendo's Mario franchise.

Dry Bowser is the skeletal form of Bowser, who made his first appearance in New Super Mario Bros. for the DS. During this appearance, he was the first boss of World 8. 
When Mario & Luigi reached Bowser's Castle, Bowser Jr. decided to bring his dad back by putting Dry Bowser in a magic cauldron. 
In Mario Kart Wii, he became a playable character for the first time. His track is Grumble Volcano. The 3rd game he have features in is Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games. In this game, he's a rival character.
