    Duke Nukem Forever

    Game » consists of 14 releases. Released Jun 14, 2011

    After approximately fourteen years of development, the heavily infamous sequel to Duke Nukem 3D was finally released, in which the macho Duke must damper yet another alien invasion.

    Anyone heard of any news about this game?

    I heard this game was coming out February 1st.I don't know if its true  or not,but it would be cool to see.But has anyone heard anything about this game.Any new footage,pics or information.

    Fairly certain Feb. 1 is a placeholder date. Can't wait for Gearbox to release the demo.

    There's no proper date at the moment. There is already video out there of Gearbox showing off part of the game though.

      Here's the pax demo where somebody is playing through the whole demo.Where he fights that big boss,and driving he's monster truck.Then runs out of gas and starts shooting up alien bastards.

    It's of paramount importance Gearbox releases DNF at the right moment and the right time. I'd not be at all surprised if it got delayed/postponed again. But if they cancel it once more, I swear to God and sonny Jesus, the Gearbox employees will all visit the infirmary, starting with Randy Pitchford!

    In all honesty you shouldn't be worried. Think about it for a bit, though. There must've been an actual reason for 3D Realms to hit a brick wall, ignoring all the cliches. My guess is a severe problem with the engine that requires too much work and effort to fix. When Gearbox took and showcased the game last year, they probably just took the working parts of the game and thusly now they're trying to sort out all of the issues that 3D Realms left behind. Most likely they'll have to re-work the entire game into UE3, and that will probably take a lot of time, but in the end, I'm farily certain Gearbox will put it on store shelves in a playable state.

    @JoyfullOFrockets: Me too I got faith in them.There probably finish polishing this game up.This game doesn't have to be perfect.But as long as its a fun experience its all good.
