    huuuuwhaaaaaaaat?!

I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised, but even though Jeff played it, I was still kind of skeptical of it actually coming to retail soon...
this totally smashed that skepticism, I believe this is the first product on store shelves that actually has the duke nukem' forever branding on it...

All copies of Boderlands bought on Steam come with early DNF access.

It doesn't have to be GOTY.

    Oh dude for real?

I was hoping Gearbox wouldn't forget those that have been there since the beginning of Borderlands. Does that also go for those on the consoles?

(Yes I see the Borderlands video on the front page, but my poopy work computer is struggling with the forums as it is so I'm stuck being uninformed)

@wolf_blitzer85: I have no idea if they will be doing something like that for consoles. I would assume that would be a bit more difficult than going through Steam.

They are definitely doing it on Steam though.

Didn't know about this? Pretty sure Jeff talked about this a bit ago. Somewhere anyway.

So I have early access to Duke Nukem Forever? I had zero interest in this game even back in 1997, but what the hell? This is a historical moment.

Yep, I see the DNF code in my Borderland's CD key section. Pretty spiffy reward for owning the game. Even though I haven't spent as much time as I should in Borderlands.

Now just got to wait for the release of the demo.

@Coombs: Check your Borderlands CD key in Steam, it will be there. Once you have that, go here.

@Coombs: Oops, let me correct myself: in your Borderlands CD Key there should be a new one for this whole Duke thing. The demo isn't available yet, but if you pre-register, they'll email you when it's ready to download.
