Any idea when we'll be able to order the limited edition in Canada? I've checked Amazon.ca and called my local EB games but nobody has it yet.

I don't know, but just out of curiosity, does American Amazon ship to Canada, for extra fees?

I don't think so, I remember trying before but I could be wrong.

Yeah, I only asked because I know I bought a Japanese copy of Pokemon Ruby from Amazon.co.jp once, but it was expensive, and delivery took forever.

Amazon.com does ship to Canada. I had to get the LBP2 Collector's Edition as well as a few other games from there. Shipping is a bit more but still fairly reasonable.

Check the availability section on the desired page. It will say that it is available for shipping to select countries outside of the US if it is.

I bought a Kindle not too long ago from American Amazon. The extra fees can get kind of expensive though.
