After approximately fourteen years of development, the heavily infamous sequel to Duke Nukem 3D was finally released, in which the macho Duke must damper yet another alien invasion.
seems like it just gives time for the uber gamer nerds a chance to stand up and flex their gaming skillz, as in, i been plahing games since X wtf so i know everything RRRAWWWW! and you dont want a gamer talking like he knows everything.... just look at forum fights, ebattles etc. I think if this was a stand alone and not a remake/sequel it would of done better. call it butthead mcdick or something, give him black hair and it would do way better than duke nukem name sake in reviews due to the fact dev of that game took so long.
Well, look at how it stacks up to any other first person shooter on the market, the shooting isn't quite there, the graphics and load times are real bad (on console), and don't forget the games "humor". The best parts of that game are in the first few minutes, so watch those on youtube or play the demo. Your right that the game isn't overwelmingly bad, its just below average AKA a 4 or 3 out of 10.
