    Played a little of it, so far there's a new character (redhead girl), new crafting stuff, new vending machines & one new achievement (easiest to get with alchemy character as you have a bunch of the items to make it) tied to the holiday event on steam. Looking through the steam achievements on the game now shows a bunch of new skills that haven't been patched in yet but no telling when that will be. Sounds like a great time to dive back into this gem.

    Edit- also more skills have been expanded plus now if you have burglary skill you can steal things from vending machines.
