I'm surprised to see no cover mechanic.

Not impressing... but then again Halo never was to me. I liked the idea of going back in time and experience it again to piece together what happen though...

You weren't keeping up with it then. They already said its a LOT like Halo 3, just a few small tweaks to the numbers.

The flashback missions are great (reminds me of Halo 2's simultaneous missions), and I like being a bit more everysoldier than Master Chief could be.

Awesome.

I stopped keeping up when they announced the name to something that sounds like it came out of a Norwegian convention center...

That is possibly the biggest geek stereotype who has said anything in any of the press conferences.

Looks pretty decent.  Hope the story won't get needlessly convoluted.

the worst part of the halo series was the end of the story..cant wait.

I hope the multiplayer is not more of the same.

I really hope this game is good. The graphics look improved, and your character talks during actual gameplay.I'm shocked.

yah flip switches on a bridge to blow it up! how original. Bah never mind me I just never saw what was good about Halo in the first place.

I like Halo, but this trailer was actually really bad.

What's the point of the suppressor? It woke up all those grunts.

Where the hell do they find these weird-sounding presentation spokesmen?

Are you referring to Joe? If so, he's a creative director and writer at Bungie.  He's always done the public demos.
