This makes me glad i don't have a Wii ... i just don't get this.

Anyways, what up with the 13 different fonts on the interface - it makes it look so generic and unfinished in a way.

I was expecting reactions like this, I suppose that you need to have played the original to actually be excited about SIn and Punishment 2. The original was a great game despite the controller making it hard to aim. This time though the controller is perfect for it, I'm really looking forward to this.

This is my game of e3. It's made by Treasure, one of my favorite developers, and Sin & Punishment 1 on the n64 was amazing. So pumped for this. This is one of those games that seems like it was made for the wii remote setup even though the original came out way before.

It's fucking Treasure, there should be no need to complain about it.

The original was great for a game that wasn't released in America until 2007. I'm looking forward to this.

And for the people confused about the premise. It's on rails, but you have control of your character in both forward, back, left and right motions. So, in many ways it's like a rail shooter, but you have to dodge attacks by jumping and moving around, something not possible in a rail shooter. I would compare it to a 2D side scroller where the screen never stops panning from left to right. It got crazy in the first game, it's not easy.

I played the original on Virtual Console cause people where saying it was good, I hadn't heard of it before that but  it was from Treasure so I gave it a shot.

It would be an overstatement to say that I was blown away but I really liked the way it controlled. It was a rail shooter in that you ran automagically most of the time but the fact that you could also move your character around and jump added a bit of depht and originality.

All in all I had a good time with it, I'll be picking his up.

Loved the original. I hope they come out with a Collector's Edition with the original in package.

Hmm, I finally got around to downloading the original on the Wii and I really don't get what the big deal is. Its a weird rail shooter...thats it. I'm really baffled as to why that game caused any kind of sensation at all. As a result, don't really care about this sequel.

It seems like a rail shooter only in the sense that shoot-em-ups are rail shooters.
