I still have my 20gb 360 so I'm ready to upgrade. Does anyone know if it still has the power brick?

Wonder what kind of hardware problems this model will have.

i'd like it, but i'd buy a PS3 before another 360.

I've actually been thinking about getting a new 360 so this is looking pretty good to me. I think the design looks kind of weird but I'm more interested in the built in wi-fi and 250 gb hard drive. I just wonder if I can put all my shit from my old hard drive onto that one.

I'd contemplate getting one of these and giving my son my current 360 if only I didn't have to transfer all my stuff over and redownload all my licenses. That's way to big a pain in the ass.

OK.  My 350 CAD card churns out around 100fps at 1280x720 and highest graphical settings, while playing Dirt 2.  Obviously, I *omitted* the cost of the cpu/mobo/memory/etc... "

$300 for 5 year old hardware is a bit of a joke.

Current Xbox is probably hitting that age where it'll suddenly die. Smexy new 'slim' seems to be arriving in time.

Not entirely sold on this, but I do need to get a 360 at some point.

I think I'll just stick to my old mega-brick for the time being. Seeing as Microsoft are apparently giving them out like Oprah maybe one will randomnly turn up on my doorstop:) I can but dream.

If/when my current 360 fails, I would definitely be interested in picking this up. That is of course assuming that I can transfer my current hard drive data onto the internal drive this new unit has.

I want to see inside before I commit.

A box to stream all of my media from my tower, netflix instant, and plays 360 games.  Sign me up.

For $300 I actually may upgrade my launch 360.

I don't usually complain about spelling, but learn to fucking proofread, Kessler.  Using "it's" instead of "its" is one thing, but "Go get you Sega Saturn..."  Shit like this makes GB look like all the other crappy video game sites out there.

Am I the only one who thinks this looks like Alienware a little bit? Anyway, that they finally jammed the wi-fi in there makes this a great move.

I'd like to think I have the ability to not buy the same thing I already have just because it has a shiny new design, but in reality I will probably end up buying one and selling my current 360 to a friend for cheap.

The xbox 360 has issues with heat already wouldn't shrinking it make that worse?

i just bought one two years ago and it is in fine working order. so that will be a "no".

I've still got my launch day rig. 20GB is looking pretty sad these days, and I'm finally starting to see some of the game loading errors people have complained about, but really for the most part it's going pretty strong. For the price it would take to upgrade the hard drive on this thing, though, I'd be a good part of the way to buying one of these. I dunno, I try to avoid buying two of the same consoles in the same generation. I'll wait until this one dies properly or something, I guess.

Pretty slick. Definitely a good upgrade if I need a streaming machine in the house. Can just move the 60gb out of the way to do that job.

I bet it's not compatible with the HDD data transfer cable so that i can migrate all of my game saves quickly.  of course, maybe I can get them all transferred using the removable flash storage option

Well, I've already bought all of the new stuff separately so this has no use to me whatsoever.
