I still have my 20gb 360 so I'm ready to upgrade. Does anyone know if it still has the power brick?

Redesigned 360 Revealed, Built In Wi-Fi And 250 Gig Hard Drive
I'd contemplate getting one of these and giving my son my current 360 if only I didn't have to transfer all my stuff over and redownload all my licenses. That's way to big a pain in the ass.

That's a bit of an overstatement. "" For $300, you can buy a nice video card and play xbox/windows "exclusives" at 720p...and 100fps. "
OK. My 350 CAD card churns out around 100fps at 1280x720 and highest graphical settings, while playing Dirt 2. Obviously, I *omitted* the cost of the cpu/mobo/memory/etc... "" @teh_pwnzorer said:

" Why do they keep saying that it's kinect ready? Are they trying to say that my regular xbox isn't going to work with it? "
What they're talking about when they say that is that the new one has a power out for the Kinect, while current 360's will need a wall socket to power it.
Yeah...my point was that perhaps $300 for upgrading the PC would be money better spent than buying a smaller xbox. I doubt that anybody posting on this site doesn't have a PC or a Mac." @teh_pwnzorer said:

Current Xbox is probably hitting that age where it'll suddenly die. Smexy new 'slim' seems to be arriving in time.
is it me or you can see the reflex of the guy taking the photo in the upper right pic????
oh yeah and the 360 slim cool and uugh... yeah cool .. I mean wi-fi that's just crazy!! ¬¬
I think I'll just stick to my old mega-brick for the time being. Seeing as Microsoft are apparently giving them out like Oprah maybe one will randomnly turn up on my doorstop:) I can but dream.
" No thank you. I'm perfectly happy with my 360 as it is. Did they mention any other major hardware changes besides Wi-Fi and the 250 GB HD? "
It's now powered by tiny nanobots that spin the fans by running around really fast.
Shiny black nanobots obviously.
I've still got my launch day rig. 20GB is looking pretty sad these days, and I'm finally starting to see some of the game loading errors people have complained about, but really for the most part it's going pretty strong. For the price it would take to upgrade the hard drive on this thing, though, I'd be a good part of the way to buying one of these. I dunno, I try to avoid buying two of the same consoles in the same generation. I'll wait until this one dies properly or something, I guess.
