E3 2011
Concept »
The 2011 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) took place at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California on June 7-9.
If you could only watch one E3 conference showing, which would you watch?
Nintendo will be most interesting, I suppose, as they have new hardware. Sony does too, but it's a known quantity at this point. Microsoft, I'm sure they'll have some cool stuff, but it doesn't seem like they'll have as big an impact as the other two. EA's should be really good.
But, I voted Konami.
I'll want the details on whatever happens anywhere, but if I was absolutely only allowed to watch one and just had to read text details on the others, I can imagine Konami's being full of stuff that words don't do justice and you just have to see for yourself. It was certainly the case last year.
Also, put me square in the FUCK YEAH LAST GUARDIAN camp. Make me cry, Ueda. Make me cry.

I hope they will do good this time.@WinterSnowblind said:They knew how the business worked in 2009, and don't get me started on that conference lol.Nintendo's is going to be the most exciting, even if it's a disaster.Interesting, why do you think it will be a disaster? I'm genuinely interested in Nintendo's press conference. I'm also interested in Sony's press conference in a "how the hell are they going to deal with the PSN hack" sort of way. "Hey guys, remember when we accidentally gave your credit card numbers, email addresses and passwords to hackers? Forget it. Hey, check out the NGP!"
Nintendo has the new console, but they've also been the irrelevant ones for the last five years.
I guess Microsoft, although I'll watch them all. EA has a hell of a lineup too.
I said Ubisoft. I really like a lot of their properties and am pretty curious to see what they show off. I couldn't give two shits about Nintendo, so I'm definitely an outlier there.
Nintendo purely because of their console unveiling. Unfortunately I'll be asleep as all this will be going down.
