Created by the twisted minds at Shiny Entertainment (led by Dave Perry and Doug TenNapel), Earthworm Jim is a nonsensical side-scrolling platform game that allows the player to venture through the galaxy as an earthworm trapped in a futuristic space-suit to rescue Princess What's-Her-Name.
I know that a lot of folks were sore about EJ not getting picked for the next Genesis port to XBLA and PSN, but let's face it...this is a better choice, right? This is something we've been hoping for!

You better be able to shout "Groovey!" over and over at the end of a level.
Is the art being redrawn in high-res? They had better get the original artist back for that or at least get someone to mimick it, the guy who drew that stuff was a genius.
LOL Sorry if I stole some of your thunder. I should point out to everyone that without Diamond's help, I wouldn't have known until someone else said something. That's why I figured I'd post it up, because it seems to have gone relatively unnoticed!!!
