    It's long been rumored, but now it's finally definitive: Earthworm Jim remake to be released later this year, on XBLA, PSN, iPhone, and WiiWare. It'll be exclusive to XBLA for one month.
     
    Color me  excited! Whatever color that is!

    I love EWJ. One of my favourite platformers ever. So quirkey and funny it's got 90's British developer written all over it.

    I seriously used to have Earthworm Jim toys!

    I'm actually not a huge fan of the idea.  As much as I loved Earthworm Jim, I'm not keen on seeing every single classic game remade in "HD graphics", where it just looks like they've gone over the sprites in MS Paint. 

    I loved the Monkey Island remake, adding in better music, sound effects and voices is something the game really needed, but do we need a remake of Earthworm Jim..?  What's wrong the original?
