Echochrome II is a puzzle game which tasks the player with using the PlayStation Move controller as a light source. The player must cast shadows against the background to help the shadowy "echo" reach each level's exit.
thats pretty great. this looks like a lot more fun than the first game already. hopefully this inspires another awesome puzzle in a god of war game lol.
also, the tag line "play create and share" never gets old.
Yeah, it sounds incredible. Destined to be completely overlooked though. It's a hard game concept to explain, but I can imagine it being super intuitive to play.
Most exciting thing about that video is the level editor though. You draw the shadows first, and then the game automatically generates the blocks required to make those shadows. That's entirely genius.
Oh wow, that's really crazy and a really interesting use of the Move. If this is the sort of innovative approach to Move titles, I can't wait to see what's going to come up.

I know huh? When he mentioned a level creator, I was thinking he was kuh-razy for thinking people could create those shadows from an arrangement of blocks.
I think you get a demo of this game on the PlayStation Move Starter Disc that comes with the bundle pack in Europe, so you'll be able to at least try it out before release anyway. I'm assuming that it's a PlayStation Network download anyway.
Any fans of the original Echochrome in here? I liked the game but I'm ashamed to say it was too hard for me. I'm hoping this one's a bit more approachable.
