    ElecMan is a NetNavi who was operated by Count Zap. He first appeared in Mega Man Battle Network, in which he takes control of a power generator and shuts it off. This causes the trapped scientists in the building to run low on air. When Megaman shuts down the generator, ElecMan is weakened and defeated.

    In Mega Man Battle Network 6, ElecMan is operated by the wife of Count Zap, Ann Zap. She uses ElecMan to help manage lighting in attempt to repent for his former life as a criminal.

    ElecMan's abilities include shooting lightning bolts and using an electric sword in battle.
