    I'm having trouble understanding what to do in the tutorial. Shortly after being asked to build a farm and a workshop, and being informed that I can buy items for my sovereign, the tutorial seems to stop and I'm not sure what to do next. Can anyone shed some light on this?

    Check the quest log.  You are probably supposed to build a unit or go find the next city.
     
    Honestly, that 'story' mode is a waste of time.  It teaches maybe two things, basic things, the whole time.

    Still no luck. Im going to wait a few months till it gets patched and go back to it. Im pretty busy with CIv 5 at the moment anyway.
