Overview
Elly is the gatekeeper of Mugenkan. the mansion Yuka Kazami lives in, which is a border between the real world and the dream world. She has yellow eyes and yellow hair, and she wears a dark red and pink dress, as well as a pink hat with a red ribbon. She also carries a scythe.
In Touhou 04 - Lotus Land Story, she is surprised by the arrivals of both Reimu and Marisa, and by how she fails miserably to prevent them from entering the mansion. She blames this on being out of practice, as it has been a long time since she has fought anyone.
