Did you ever see something in a game that just doesn't seem to coincide with its ESRB rating? I for one have seen a game with suicide in it that was rated E for everyone. Can you guess what game it is?

The ESRB is an organization that applies and enforces the rating of content and advertising guidelines for North American video games.
The official "ESRB Missed This" Thread.
There was some swearing in Age of Empires III that wasn't covered by the ESRB, if I remember correctly. And then, of course, there was the huge Oblivion re-rating fiasco because of the nude textures and the "more detailed depictions of blood and gore than we initially thought."

You can look up Selphie's skirt in KH1 and Kairi's skirt in KH2. I doubt Square Enix sent the ESRB footage of that.haha You can also look up Jane's skirt in KH1.
I was a teenager, gimmie a break haha
You guys do know that not everything that is considered in the rating is listed on the box, right? They only put the top items that they feel would interest parents the most. I believe you can get complete lists of the items from the ESRB website. If I remember correctly they even have a neat little app that you can download containing all the ratings they given and why they're rated that.
