    The Ethereal Crossbow is a stringless wooden crossbow that shoots Ethereal Arrows. It is comparable in power to Doom's shotgun. When fired, it launches three separate bolts - one large center bolt, and a weaker one on either side. The slow projectile speed, along with the fact that each bolt auto-aims independently make this weapon effective out to medium range at best. When enhanced by a Tome of Power, the Crossbow fires five bolts, three of which are larger. Maximum ammo capacity is 50, or 100 with a Bag of Holding.
