Eugen Systems is a game developer based out of Paris, France. Their company runs out of a historic temple built in 1240.
It is the sole developer of the Act of War Franchise published by Atari Inc. and GFI Russia. The series consists of four games, Act of War: Direct Action released in 2005, it's collectors edition, Act of War (Gold Edition), and the most recent, Act of War: High Treason released in 2006. The games are in RTS style and take place in the near future where the United States have launched a full scale war on terror.

Eugen is also the developer of lesser known games Times of Conflict, released in December of 2000, and The Gladiators: Galactic Circus Games released in October of 2002.
