Can you gift this one? I've been trying to give the $5 Steam started package but it won't let me add it as a gift. Says I own it and I can buy it and give it but the Purchase as a Gift button is grayed.

Well as far as I know this goes entirely through EVE online. You can buy the code and give it to whoever you want. I'm not entirely sure how Steam gifting works with this.

Oh, I see what you're saying. No, I don't believe that GMG supports gifting, but I'm not entirely sure. Either way you can still give them the code that you receive, and they will be able to activate through EVE with that.
