Even the Ocean follows Aliph, who has the power to use light and dark energy to change her movement abilities: light energy allows her to jump higher, but slows her horizontal movement, whereas dark energy reduces her jump height, but increases her horizontal speed. Aliph, a power plant technician in Whiteforge City, must work with Whiteforge's Mayor Biggs to save the city from an unknown evil.
