Is it just me, or could you listen to that man talk for hours? I want him to tell me bedtime stories about his game. Is that weird? I mean, the man has a soothing voice.

It's not strange. It's because he's amazing at spin; he could sell you anything. He could convince you that a wooden stick had motion sensitive controls and and advanced aging cycle, and you're likely throw down 100 bucks for it.

Peter Molyneux is a bit of a legend amongst the gaming community and yes he has that sort of personality and voice that you could just listen to him for hours discussing a topic without ever getting bored.

yeah as a fellow brit i have to say that peter could sell the concept of hell to a nun he certainly knows his stuff and i like is passion when he is developing his games

I get giddy whenever there's a new Molyneux interview. I feel like hearing him speak is my reward for being a good human being. Oh, Peter...

I don't really have a man-crush on him, but he is darn handsome.

He is interesting his just able to draw you in and leave you wanting more.

I wish Molyneux was my uncle. It would be cool to have him over for Thanksgiving...

It is a gift and a curse for Peter.

He sounds like a wise man whose been in gaming for a while (which he has). I think people are to hard on him for Fable 1, I like the fact that he tries to push gaming forward, and even if he does not deliver at least he is trying to do something new.

A lot of people I've known seem to really dislike him because of his habit of over hyping his games and not delivering all of his promises.

However, I think his enthusiasm is incredibly infectious. It's part of his job as a designer to become enthusiastic about his projects when designing games, and through the development process, of course not all of his ideas and visions will be implemented in game, yet some people seem to really hold this to him. I wouldn't want a games developer that didn't seem passionate about their games!

I have stopped listening to him, sure he can over hype a game once but when it's repeated you kind of loose the ability to trust anything he says.

Molyneux is a fucking tool.  Discuss.
