I remember Jeff pondered on a bombcast once whether setting the clock forward on your console would gain you more gold in Fable 2 because you get gold every 5 mins if you rent out property or buy businesses etc. Has anyone ever tried to see if this works?

All you have to do is unplug your system from the internet and change the clock on the machine.

Yes, it works. Ruins alot of the experience though :/
