This product is the first two Fallout 3 expansions on a disc. I just bought it used at a Gamestop. When I first saw it selling for used I was a little skeptical. Did someone buy it and then just not download the game? Well it turns out when you put the disc in it installs the packs from the disc on to your hard drive and you never need to put the disc in again.
The only problem is you can do this AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT.
Am I bad person if I let my friends get the packs off of my disc?

Why are you a bad person?
So many times companies rehash old stuff, and aren't alot of those expansion packs buggy?
Not to mention you actually did pay for it, nothing wrong with that.
