According to IGN, "Broken Steel, which was slated to come out in March and will continue the main story and lift the level cap, is now due out in April." Now the release date is set for September 30, 2009, can anyone confirm this?

That's a pretty long delay.  If it means they're making a more sizable expansion, I'm all for it.  I don't like these quick little micro expansions for a game as huge as Fallout 3.

Ha, I know, but I was hoping for a secondary source, seeing as there have been no news releases on the subject.

I agree, The Pitt and Operation Anchorage, were awfully short.

Well, it took me roughly an hour to complete Operation Anchorage and roughly three to complete The Pitt.

Update: According to G4, "At a press event in London this week, Bethesda revealed some new details about “Broken Steel,” the third DLC for Fallout 3. Available May 5 on the Xbox 360 and PC for 800 MS Points), the expansion picks up where the original game left off."
