Everyone will probably say Broken Steel, because it also increases the level cap to 30 and lets you keep playing after you beat the game.

Broken Steel or Point Lookout. You won't get much in the way of progression with anything other than Broken Steel, if you're already at level 20.

;) I'm not sure, man. I'm not that far yet. I'm still working on the regular game and haven't even started the DLC yet. I think Broken Steel may also give you some new areas to explore with new quests, but I'm not entirely sure. Sorry I'm not more help here, but I only stated what I know about Broken Steel based off of what I've read.

@DAFTPUNK: Broken Steel gives you a wrapping-up mini campaign with the Brotherhood of Steel after the main story ends. I won't go into specifics due to spoilers, but it's pretty fun. Point Lookout easily has the most content, but Broken Steel's raising of the level cap and removal of the hard end are easily the most necessary part of enjoying your Fallout experience. The game is simply not as good without Broken Steel.

@DAFTPUNK:  It extends the main story with 3 lengthy main quests and two somewhat hidden side quests. It adds a bunch of new weapons and enemies to the main game that you will encounter well before you even enter the story-related stuff. The game gets more of a proper ending as well as lets you keep playing after you've finished the story.

I'd personally go for Point Lookout.

It was truly a great DLC which i found most entertaining out of them all, however if you want the extra perks and level cap, then go for Broken Steel. Point Lookout had some awesome weapons also.

Or you could trade in your Fallout 3 game into Gamestop and buy the GOTY edition which includes all the DLC's. : )

    Problem solved ; )
