I have been looking in the guides and I don't see that it does but I wanted to confirm with you?
Does your character have a flash light?
Okay thanks for the info! That helps so much! One last question while I have you. What is the best way to get rid of your radiation? Apparently I am sitting at 985... which I have found out means I die if I get exposed to 15 more ticks.
Man, that's a lot of radiation. There's a side quest, I think, for taking on a bunch of radiation from that chick in Megaton (been awhile since I played).
Also, you may have figured this out already, but keep plenty of extra saves. It's saved me more than once. I don't know how glitchy the other versions are by the PS3 version is a mess; still love the game, though.
You can go to a lot of the vendors in the game and also purchase Rad Away, and you pick up a lot of the stuff throughout the game. Littlem ore expensive then a doctor but that tway if you get radiated you don't have to go back to the doc every single time.
