Hey, I'm going to be going through FO3 again and I want to know of some good mods that improve NPC appearances. One of my biggest annoyances with the Vanilla version was that the NPC faces all look a bit bad. I've looked through FO3Nexus but I'm not quite sure which ones to pick, so I would really appreciate it if some of you could recommend some mods through your personal experience that improve the look of NPCs, while still keeping the flavor/lore. Thanks. Any other recommended visual mods would also be appreciated (I've already installed NMC's high res textures and enhanced blood textures).
