Fallout 3 is a post-nuclear apocalyptic open world role playing shooter. It saw the return of the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. system, along with the Karma system. It was developed and published by Bethesda Softworks, the creators of the Elder Scrolls series.

GOTY always has to update?

I was wondering if anyone else has this problem? I have it on both the 360 and PC. And if there is a fix for it?

Don't know about the 360 version since I only have the PC version, but do you mean GFWL? In that case just use the GFWL disabler on the Nexus website. You can manually download all the patches from the Bethesda website.

@ChadMasterFlash: Sorry this is so late, but if you're still having trouble with updates you should clear your system cache Click the top link, should tell you how http://bit.ly/O1I3ee. Afterwards you should should need to update once on every game you play, if it happens again just clear your cache again :D hope this helps, and sorry you had to wait 13 weeks for an answer.

I have the pc Steam version and it works fine for me.
