    30 bucks on steam - someone convince me to buy this.

    I'm so tempted but I really must know, is it less buggy now and is it as enjoyable as fallout 3?

    Yes, and yes, for the most part. The bugs, AFAIK, are mostly gone thanks to the latest HUGE patch... and the unofficial ones, of course. To be honest, I really liked Fallout 3's "feel" and atmosphere, more than New Vega's. But it's an awesome game nevertheless. Get it if you have the money and have enjoyed FO3. 
     
    PS: Trivia: I bought New Vegas for €30 back in July. I pre-ordered it through G2Play and when I got the Steam key, I was able to unlock the pre-order bonuses as well. Lucky me.

    Less buggy?  Sorta.  As enjoyable?  No, much more enjoyable.  Lots of things have been improved, and if you like exploring the wastes, they did a real solid on that aspect here.

    Do it. The most recent patch has been released, and that supposedly fixes a lot of issues. Other than that, I think New Vegas is a better game than Fallout 3.

    most bugs have been squashed by the recent patch.  I find it more enjoyable than fallout 3.

    I have so much to play I'm going to wait until the next big sale (probably this summer) when the price will be even lower and the game will be completely patched up.

    You'll enjoy it, I put in 160 hours into it.

    Fantastic game in just about every category.  I hit a few bugs, but it didn't detract from the experience.  I SEE you already bought it, but when you come back to this thread you'll know that I know what I'm talking about. : D
