    If I can get Fallout: New Vegas for 19.99, is it really worth the extra $10 to buy the Collector's Edition?  Anyone own this and are glad they made the purchase?  I really don't see a need for some poker chips and a deck of cards.  Is the novel that comes with any good?

    Fallout New Vegas Combat Evolved? Finally!


    My rule on special editions is to just avoid anything that doesn't add actual game content. I might not be the person to ask though, because I've pretty much never seen the appeal of such bundles.

    I've got it, and like it. But, as is the case with most Collector's Editions, there's nothing added to the actual game. So, unless you want extra doodads to display with your gaming collection (which it looks like you don't) go ahead and just get the game.

    I bought this game at full price and I don't regret that, and I intend to buy the GOTY edition as well whenever it comes out. So buying the game at 20$ is a good buy. 


         But the real reason I posted this is O-H!

    Purchased the CE when it was released.  I don't regret it as much as the PS3 CE of Arkham Asylum I bought with the stupid batarang.  Fallout 3 CE was much better because the bobble head rules.
