    So is there currently any downside to getting implants in the game (besides the exorbitant price)?  Or are these basically our Bobbleheads?

    Nope, no downsides as far as I can tell. Remember that you can only have as many as your endurance stat, so pick carefully. Also note that buying the endurance implant won't give any more room for another.

    I haven't noticed any, other than all that money I sucked up by getting banned from the casinos is notably lower now :)
