Fallout: New Vegas, will take place in most likely what is left of Las Vegas. As it stands, Fallout: New Vegas will be released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC in 2010 and will have no effect on any other project Bethesda is currently working on.
The post-apocalyptic Fallout universe expands into Las Vegas in this new title in the franchise.
During a Bethesda Softworks London event, the company announced the development of a new game based on the Fallout franchise, in development at Obsidian Entertainment."It is not a sequel to Fallout 3," Pete Hines said. "It's simply another Fallout game in that universe."
