    Far cry Predator instincts review

Far Cry Instincts Predator, is basically two games in one case, on one disc. Which is sweet! The two games are “Instincts” and “Predator” the Instincts game is the longer of the two and Predator is more of an extra little game on the side but they are both very entertaining to play through.

I’m going to start off the review with the Instincts game. Instincts is basically the same game as it was on the original Xbox but on the Xbox 360 and with some rather nice looking graphics. The game starts off as you and a woman are on your boat and she wants to go exploring but you tell her not to, but she does anyway and takes your Jet Ski, you go to sleep and wake up to a helicopter shooting at you and it totally blows your boat the smithereens. You swim/run away and get contacted by a mysterious person, who tells you what to do. Later on in the game you are injected with a syringe and you turn into a sort of half human half beast kind of person and you have new senses like smell, strength, speed and extreme jumping capabilities. You then go in search for the lady who took your jet ski as she is a trained helicopter pilot and she is your only way off of this god forsaken island or terror.

I’m not going to say anything else on the story as I don’t want to spoil it for you but it makes for a very intense and exciting game play and will keep you running and jumping until you fall, are shot, stabbed, or even run over. The game features some very cool vehicles and a few are jeeps, jet ski’s, boats and the occasional quad bike. They are very well handling vehicles, although its in a first person view so shooting whilst driving is very hard indeed.

The second game on the disc is called Predator and is a short expansion for the game is hoe I see it but, it is a very large island that you can explore, in a free roam kind of aspect. But if you want to just get on with the missions then you could probably complete the second game within a few hours depending on the difficulty level. The difficulty of the game is rather hard as you find yourself struggling to find health packs even in the easier game difficulties, but they are evenly scattered around the island so you will have to go in search for health if you are that desperately in need of it.

The game also has a unique twist to its story and you will have to play the game to find out what that is, the only thing that I’m saying is, that it has some pretty freaking dinosaur looking creatures in it.
The game also has a fully working functional create your own map feature. And when you have finished making your map you can play with up to 16 I think players online on your own custom created map. The create a map feature is excellent and you can make basically anything you want using any item that you see in the real game, its an excellent feature and I really enjoyed using it.

The games online modes are very vast and fun to play. They have a seek and secure mode which is basically capture the flag, they have death matches, team death matches, basically every game type/mode you can think of is in the game and it makes for a very intense exciting online play.
My personal favourite is seek and secure because its fun to play and can be very competitive if you ply against a worthy team.

All in all the game is very exciting and has some very good online play capabilities, also the online is still very popular even today and you should have no problems joining a match. And the graphics are beautiful, to the water to the trees to the grass its all beautiful and well constructed. I rate this game at an 4.0 because it is very god and fun to play but sometimes the player will feel heavy and constricted and the controls aren’t that responsive but I would definitely buy this game as it is very, very fun to play.

Far Cry Instincs Predator: Did I hit it? 0

As a fan of the original game "Far Cry", I had high hopes for the console games. Recently, I got a copy of Far Cry Instincts Predator for just a few dollars. Therefore, I don't think there is any bias of "buyers justification" in this review.Similar to the original, the levels in FCIP are mostly wide path outdoor areas filled with building to clear out. Where FCIP differentiates itself is in the stealth gameplay and the super "feral" abilities you get as the game progresses. The stealth gameplay...

      Far Cry Instincts Predator 0

Far Cry Instincts Predator is a repackaging of the Xbox game Far Cry Instincts and its stand alone expansion Far Cry Instincts: Evolution. There are some minor differences between the two, such as improved graphics, but this is more or less the same game that came out months earlier on the original Xbox. It is important to make that clear right away so there is no confusion over what exactly you are getting. For the main campaign, Far Cry Instincts Predator puts you into the shoes of Jack Carve...
